Before After Not sure what you need?
Two questions. You get a straight recommendation, the real price, and somewhere to go next — and if the honest answer is “nothing yet”, that's what it will say.
What is bothering you most?
How noticeable do you want it?
Recent work.
Real clients, unretouched. Every result lists the treatment and the product used — so you know what made it, not just how it looks.
Five things I'll tell you straight.
I posted these on Instagram as “5 harsh truths from an honest aesthetics practitioner”. They cost me bookings from the wrong clients and win me the right ones.
- 01
Being overfilled will make you look older, not younger.
Volume in the wrong plane drags the face down. It’s the single most common reason “work” is visible from across a room.
- 02
Cheap work becomes expensive when it needs to be corrected — do it correctly the first time.
Dissolve and refill costs £300 with me. That £90 syringe in someone’s spare room stops being cheap the day you need it taken out.
- 03
Injectables are an addition to a healthy lifestyle, good sleep and protecting your skin from the sun — they’re not magic.
An injector who tells you this isn’t trying to sell you the maximum. Sleep, SPF and good skin do half the job — I do the rest.
- 04
Properly placed filler should not be easily detectable.
Done right, people ask if you’ve been on holiday. Nobody should be asking who did your lips.
- 05
Small amounts of filler over time will always look more natural than lots at once. The best results require time, layering and maintenance.
This is why your first appointment with me is deliberately conservative — and why 0.5ml is on my price list at all.
Everything, priced.
You should be able to work out what something costs before you speak to anybody. Every price is the same for everyone and none of it changes according to how keen you sound.
Your face, your medical history, and an honest answer about whether you need anything at all.

Hyaluronidase breaks down hyaluronic acid filler — whether it was placed here or somewhere else. Dissolving is £180. If you want it rebuilt properly, dissolve and refill with 1ml two weeks later is £300.
Plenty of people come here because they are unhappy with work done elsewhere. Bring photographs of how you looked before, if you have them.
Content days.
Selected days at a reduced price, in exchange for permission to use your photographs and video across social media. Same treatment, same care, same practitioner — the discount is on the price, never on the appointment.

Two clinics.
The home clinic is in Bexley, South East London. There is also a visiting clinic in Atlanta, which runs in short residencies a few times a year.
The things people actually ask.
Will I look overdone?
Not in my chair. I dose conservatively, build over time, and I’d always rather you come back for more than walk out with too much. Being overfilled makes you look older, not younger — and properly placed filler shouldn’t be easy to spot. If a result is ever more than you wanted, I can dissolve it: that’s a bookable appointment at £180, not a line in the small print.
What actually is an anti-wrinkle treatment?
A purified protein that temporarily relaxes the muscle under a line. The muscle stops contracting so hard, the skin over it stops creasing, and existing lines soften. It wears off over three to four months, and then you decide if you want it again.
Does it hurt?
Less than you’re imagining. My lip filler contains lidocaine, so you go numb as I work. Anti-wrinkle treatment is a few seconds with a very fine needle — most clients tell me it was nothing like they’d built it up to be. I won’t tell you it’s nothing, but it’s quick.
How long does it last?
Anti-wrinkle treatment: three to four months. Masseter: four to six. Lip filler: six to nine months. Cheek and chin filler: often over a year. Skin boosters run as a course, then top up every six months or so.
Can I go back to work afterwards?
After anti-wrinkle treatment, yes — there’s very little to see. Lips swell for twenty-four to forty-eight hours and can bruise, so don’t book them the week of a wedding, a holiday, or anything with a camera.
Book in ninety seconds.
Pick a treatment, pick a slot, pay the deposit. Your medical history form arrives by email so the appointment itself is treatment rather than paperwork.
