Terms

Booking, deposits, cancellation and who these treatments are not suitable for.

Booking and deposits

  • All appointments are booked through the online calendar and secured with a deposit.
  • The deposit comes off the treatment price on the day.
  • Deposits are what make a single-practitioner clinic viable — an empty chair cannot be resold at short notice.

Cancellation

  • Cancel or move your appointment with at least the stated notice period and your deposit carries over.
  • Inside that window, or if you do not attend, the deposit is retained.
  • Illness and genuine emergencies are handled case by case. Get in touch.

Suitability

Treatment cannot proceed if you:

  • Are under eighteen. This is a legal minimum in the UK, not a clinic preference.
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Have an active skin infection or inflammation at the treatment site.
  • Have a known allergy to any component of the product being used.
  • Have a neuromuscular condition, for anti-wrinkle treatment.

Full suitability is assessed from your medical history and at consultation. An appointment may be declined on the day if something comes to light, and the deposit is carried over rather than lost in that situation.

Results

No result can be guaranteed. Faces differ, products behave differently in different tissue, and longevity varies with metabolism and lifestyle. Timeframes given on this site are typical ranges rather than promises. Anti-wrinkle treatment is reviewed at two weeks; filler is assessed at two weeks.

Prescription-only treatments

Some treatments involve prescription-only medicines, which require a prescriber consultation before they can be supplied. That is a legal requirement and cannot be skipped, shortened or arranged retrospectively.
