Nearly everyone who sits in my chair is worried about the same thing: looking done. My whole practice is built around making sure you don't.
I'm Danyela Marshall. I run Intelligent Injector from Bexley in South East London, with a visiting clinic in Atlanta — anti-wrinkle treatment, dermal filler and skin boosters, all of it done with restraint.
My signature lip technique is flat and voluminous: your lips gain height and a defined border without pushing forward. That's the whole difference between lips that look full and lips that look filled — and it's why I say enhancing, never changing.

I'll also talk you out of things. If you don't need a treatment yet, or what you're asking for won't do what you think it will, I'll say so. A practitioner who says yes to everything isn't on your side — she's on commission.
- Being overfilled will make you look older, not younger.
- Cheap work becomes expensive when it needs to be corrected — do it correctly the first time.
- Injectables are an addition to a healthy lifestyle, good sleep and protecting your skin from the sun — they’re not magic.
- Properly placed filler should not be easily detectable.
- Small amounts of filler over time will always look more natural than lots at once. The best results require time, layering and maintenance.

You're entitled to know what I'm using, why, and what happens afterwards. Every appointment runs the same way:
- 01 Full medical history before I inject anything
Taken at your first appointment, reviewed every time you come back.
- 02 Conservative first doses
I'd rather you come back wanting more than leave with too much. Adding is easy; taking away isn't.
- 03 A two-week review
I judge anti-wrinkle results and filler at two weeks — the earliest point a result is real rather than swollen.
- 04 If it can go in, I can take it out
