Privacy
How your data and your photographs are handled.
Who holds your data
Intelligent Injector, operating from Bexley in South East London. Danyela Marshall is the data controller and is responsible for how your information is stored and used.
What is collected
- Booking details — name, contact details, appointment history, taken through the booking system.
- Medical history — collected before treatment. This is special category health data and is held under stricter conditions than anything else on this list.
- Clinical photography — before and after images, where you have consented to them being taken.
Photography and consent
Clinical photographs are taken for your records. They are only used publicly — on social media or on this website — where you have given specific, separate, written consent for that use. Consent to be treated is not consent to be published.
Content-day appointments are the exception, and the trade is explicit and agreed at the point of booking: a reduced price in exchange for permission to use the images. That is set out on the content days page before you book, not afterwards.
You can withdraw consent for public use of your images at any time and they will be removed from anywhere they are under our control. Images already reshared by third parties cannot be recalled, which is worth knowing before you agree.
How long it is kept
Clinical records, including medical history and clinical photography, are retained for the period required for medical records in the UK. Booking and contact data is kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where no legal retention obligation applies, and withdraw consent for photography. Send any request through the booking system or by message on Instagram, and it will be answered within one month.
